Making a photo entry on this blog

Hi there,

If you are a Blogger user you would normally sign in with your own username. For this blog you need to sign in using the shared Cluster username which has been emailed to everyone. If you do not have this ask your Lead Teacher.

Once you have signed in with the username and password (the sign-in link is in the top right hand corner of the blog), you need to click on the button or link that says 'new post'.

Then write the title of the photo in the title area.
Click on the small photo image of a mountain range and sky. Click on browse and select the picture that your student is entering into the competition. Then select open. Please select centre and large. You may have to accept the terms and conditions and then select upload image.

It might take a few minutes to upload the picture, when this is finished you should get a screen that has a 'done' button on it- sometimes this does not appear. If you have been waiting for longer than one minute, close this uploading window, your picture will probably be in the composed blog post.

Back in the post, if there is a lot of code in your post and no picture click on 'compose' near the top right of your posting box.

You then must add the labels in the bottom box. This is the category you are entering this picture in so you either enter (Year 0-3) (Year 4-6) or (Year 7-8). These should pop up as you begin to write and you can select the correct one.

Then press the orange button 'Publish Post'.

You can view your post by clicking the link at the top of the page 'view blog' and edit it by clicking on the pencil at the bottom of your post. Remember you Lead Teacher can help you with this or you can contact Disa.
